**Shift:** 12-hour days
**Start Date:** May 20

**Job Description:**
Soliant is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures and possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to the healthcare needs of our community.

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures according to established protocols and physician instructions.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality images for interpretation.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures regarding safety, infection control, and quality assurance.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in ultrasound technology and techniques.

**Qualifications:**
- Associate's degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
- ARDMS certification in Ultrasound required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
