Family Nurse Practitioner
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic illnesses. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on various health topics
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Experience in laboratory procedures and interpretation of results
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques
- Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine principles
- Ability to triage patients based on their condition and urgency of care
- Familiarity with occupational health practices
- Experience in acute care settings
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [AZ]
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Benefits:
- $140,000.00 Annual Base Salary
- 12,000 Productivity bonus
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
- $1,000 Per year to be used for CME
