Senior eDiscovery Program & Relativity Lead PlumGen develops privacy-first eDiscovery software designed for complex and high-volume legal matters. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior eDiscovery Program & Relativity Lead with a company that is actively testing innovative, tech-forward approaches to discovery. The role is based on-site in the Washington DC–Baltimore area. You will oversee end-to-end eDiscovery projects on the Relativity platform, implement defensible best practices, and manage review/production workflows at scale. You will partner closely with legal teams to advise on strategy, ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements, and coordinate with technical experts. A key part of the role is piloting and validating new analytics, machine learning–assisted review methods, and process improvements to increase speed, precision, and quality. You will also mentor junior team members and help standardize high-quality delivery across matters. Qualifications Deep expertise in Relativity, document review workflows, and eDiscovery project management Proficiency in litigation processes, legal operations, and regulatory/compliance requirements Strong analytical, data management, and quality control capabilities Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to mentor team members and manage client-facing communications Experience with machine learning tools, testing new algorithms/techniques, cloud-based deployments, or data privacy regulations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Location Washington DC–Baltimore area #J-18808-Ljbffr
