We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across AI/ML, Responsible AI, DevOps, QA, and platform engineering. This role supports a high-impact digital transformation initiative for a Fortune 500 client. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a passion for innovation in cloud-native and AI-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Define and drive technical architecture and strategy aligned with business goals. Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate vision into execution. Mentor technical leads across AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and platform engineering domains. Oversee implementation quality, enforce code standards, and ensure solution governance. Manage technical risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely project delivery. Champion best practices in AI/ML engineering, agentic AI workflows, and automation. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture. Proven leadership in cloud-native and AI/ML environments. Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI and Responsible AI frameworks. Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. Experience designing and implementing microservices and large-scale system architectures. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud security, and automated testing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with agentic AI workflows and enterprise-scale AI transformation projects. Exposure to Five9 or similar contact center platforms.
