Key Responsibilities: Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force Review and approve Contractor Applications and material invoices with the Project Manager Develop and maintain site logistics plan in coordination with the Project Manager Manage quality program Coordinate site testing and inspection reports Monitor costs, including labor time and material Manage self‑perform features of work Manage the CPM schedule and look‑ahead schedules Attend and lead portions of, if not all of, project meetings, including but not limited to preconstruction, preinstallation, subcontractor, owner, and safety in coordination with the Project Manager Create daily reports and report quantities Assist with the Preconstruction/Estimating phase of the project Mobilize the site and set up utilities Assure necessary permits are secured, and inspections occur Review and verify RFIs Review and approve submittals for processing Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
