This is a field‑based position that will foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in dermatology, driving healthcare innovation in the Northeast United States across Philadelphia and New Jersey. About Dermatology Our dermatology team leads in the development of transformational medicines for skin disorders and illnesses. You can influence where medicine is going by restoring health to millions of people living with dermatological diseases. Learn more Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with current and future industry experts, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Biologic Coordinators. Build and manage Key Opinion Leader relationships across a select number of districts. Organize and manage KOL activities and events to support the brand's KOL engagement strategy. Identify and vet promotional speakers, coach speakers, and manage communications with promotional speakers. Lead or partner with home office‑based teams to develop and deliver marketing and educational programs. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement. Minimum of 7 years of related industry experience. 2+ years of people management or project management experience. Concentration in biotechnology sales or marketing, with a preference for medical dermatology therapeutic markets. Experience in managing and growing customer relationships. Demonstrated track record of success and leadership. Excellent communication and the ability to effectively convey insights & ideas. Ability to analyze complex business situations and identify creative solutions. Experience in vendor management. Ability to travel up to 60% local/regional, including evening events, overnight stays, and weekend travel. Candidates should reside within the region and be located within a reasonable distance to a major airport. Salary $137,000 - $220,000 Benefits Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following company‑sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in the company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the company’s long‑term incentive program. Employees may receive the following time‑off benefits: Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year; Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (56 hours for employees residing in Washington); Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year; Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child; Condolence leave – 30 days for an immediate family member, 5 days for an extended family member; Caregiver leave – 10 days; Volunteer leave – 4 days; Military Spouse time‑off – 80 hours.
