This position requires a unique, proactive leader who is an avid and experienced hunter, currently generating new business opportunities.As the Head of Acquisition, you will be in the field, calling on independent automotive dealerships and presenting our services. The role involves hunting new independent dealer accounts and farming existing relationships.ResponsibilitiesGrow the current base of dealer partners.Build your own book of businesses and shape our sales culture.Maintain successful relations with our dealer partners.Become an essential asset to your dealers with your knowledge and commitment to exceptional service.Be accessible to your dealers' needs.Build a network by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding independent luxury and exotic dealerships nationwide.Drive growth by owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.Be the face of the corporation at trade shows, auctions, and industry gatherings.Collaborate across teams by working with the Executive, Underwriting department, and legal department to deliver a smooth, white-glove dealer experience.Set and exceed sales goals by hitting performance targets for dealer acquisition volume and revenue growth.Ability to travel throughout the area.QualificationsExperience calling independent auto dealers and becoming the market leader.Enjoy sales as a career.Proven high performer.Avid hunter who is excellent at prospecting for new business.Record of sourcing and closing high-value dealer relationships.Deep knowledge of independent dealership operations, especially in the higher-end market.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting performance metrics.Farmer who is excellent at maintaining and keeping relationships.Results-driven with a sense of urgency to achieve goals.Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams).A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required for this position.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent/relevant work experience.5-7 years' experience calling on independent auto dealers or B2B auto finance sales or specialty finance sales (dealer services, inventory lending, or related F&I product).Compensation and BenefitsAnnual base salary: $150,000 with bonus and commissions capped at $300,000.Car allowance provided.Medical, dental, and vision allowance provided.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
