**Crew Member Job Responsibilities:**

* Work together on a team to prepare menu items as guests order

* Greet and interact with guests while serving

* Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems

* Ability to multitask to keep up with a fast-paced environment

* Clean and breakdown food service station at the end of each shift
