Serve on all relevant DHRH and DUHS committees as required and requested. Interview and evaluate the qualifications and competence of staff and designs orientation that integrates employees needs as well as hospital and department Adhere to and ensure department complies with all employee health and infection control policies and OSHA Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal law, TJC standards, applicable national organizations, and hospital policies.
