Inova Loudoun Hospital is hiring a full time Registered Nurse for Full Time Night Shift to join their Medical Surgical Team We are offering a competitive sign-on bonus as well as a relocation assistance for eligible nurses

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patients, families, nurses and healthcare delivery teams. To help achieve our mission, you will consistently provide safe and therapeutic care in a holistic/systematic way while incorporating differences into the provision of care and conducting all patient care in a patient/family centered manner. Your ability to determine processes for delivery of care from direct patient/family communication, technology and other healthcare team member collaboration is essential.

The Inova Registered Nurse:
- Provides knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team. Consistently provides safe, therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way. Incorporates differences into the provision of care. Conducts all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner. li>
- Serves as an empowering body to influence patient empowerment, and successful outcomes of financial and clinical quality, through relationships and access-based knowledge. Utilizes standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery. Determines process for delivery of care from direct patient and family communication, technology, and other healthcare team member collaboration.

Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required from American Heart Association (AHA)
RN Licensed or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
