Are you an experienced EIT Project Manager with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you Our client is seeking an experienced EIT Project Manager to work at their company in Chattanooga, TN(Remote).


Position Summary: Support the ePMO by completing work assignments and deliverables, keeping to quality standards and prescribed timeframes.


Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Complete assigned tasks
  • Assist with and track proposal / project activities and progress, which may include information gathering and preparing project documentation
  • Maintain project documentation and update ePMO tools
  • Facilitate meeting setup, take meeting minutes, and performing basic follow-up
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and solution opportunities
  • Provide support in monitoring projects, identifying risks and forming mitigation strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT) environment
  • 1 years - Relevant work experience in EIT at a client OR 2 years – Relevant work experience in a Healthcare and/or IT setting


Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP), and/or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and/or MS Power Platform a plus.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required. Business Analyst background is a plus.
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to follow minimal instructions and work independently, is required.
  • Proven priority-setting skills.
