We are actively seeking an enthusiastic **Senior Bartender** to provide an excellent service to our guests. Working in a busy luxury hotel, your role will involve guiding the junior members of the team in serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, making traditional cocktails, providing food service and general assistance in other food and beverage areas when required.

**Lots to do, but lots of fun**

* To support the Managers and Assistant Managers in the smooth running of the bar operation, enduring that there full compliance with the Exclusive Collection standards.

* To set the example to F&B Assistants, upholding the standards set out for the department.

* To have sound knowledge on opening and closing a shift, the functions of the POS, other equipment in the department, such as the coffee machine.

* To demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all drinks and food and be able to clearly communicate this to F&B assistants.
