VICE PRESIDENT, LENDING



Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a VP of Lending to join a growing financial institution in Saratoga County. The successful candidate will oversee and direct all loan-underwriting activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a similar field. Master’s Degree Preferred.
10+ years of management experience in lending. Directing loan processing, servicing and underwriting staff.
Experience planning, directing and coordinating the development of lending policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
Ability to strategically plan and forecast, generate new ideas, concepts, processes, actions or solutions.
Microsoft Office Suite.


Salary Range:

$115-125k
