Associate, Transaction Advisory Services Base pay range: $95,000 – $160,000 per year. Job Overview: The Associate will partner with private‑equity and corporate clients to conduct financial due diligence. The role focuses on the purchase and sale of private and public companies, providing exposure to M&A, transaction accounting, and business analytics across multiple industries. Location Boston, MA (remote options may be available). Qualifications Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or at least 2+ years of audit experience that includes financial due diligence), preferably with a Big 4 firm. Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, and other data‑analytics packages (preferred). Strong current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including SEC reporting, purchase accounting, and transaction‑related issues. CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification.
