Seven Starling partners with OBGYN clinics across the country and leading health plans including UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna to make care easily accessible and affordable.Seven Starling is looking for a board‑certified psychiatrist collaborative physician who is passionate about access to perinatal mental health care to join our team. You will work with our clinicians and chief medical officer to provide the highest quality of care for our patients.The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of collaborative clinical experience, with a depth of knowledge in women’s mental health and the perinatal population. You also have experience in telehealth and are committed to having an impact on maternal mental health. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity.What you’ll doProvide oversight to and collaborate with nurse practitioners to provide the highest standard of careProperly support and assess clinical decision making.Conduct high quality reviews of patient charts regularly - based on state requirementsBe available for virtual consultations with nurse practitionersCollaborate with the clinical and leadership team to refine and implement strategies and workflow processesAble to commit approximately 1-2 hours per month. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunityWho you areBoard Certified Psychiatrist, multistate license (IMLC) + licensed in CaliforniaCurrent DEA registrationIn-depth knowledge of clinical guidelines and best practices.Experience and familiarity with medical evaluation and medication management including SSRIs, SNRIs, and related pharmacologic therapiesTelehealth experienceFamiliarity with evaluation, management, and diagnostic codesExperience in serving prenatal and postpartum families1 year of collaborative psychiatric clinical experienceClinical decision making utilizing evidence-based models of careEmpathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication skillsComfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and microsoft office suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficientlyExcited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcareDetailsExpectation of availability: 1-2 hours per monthContract Role: Flexible scheduleRemotePayment: $1000 per month for supervising up to 4 PMHNPs (1099 contractor rate)Payment: $2000 per month for supervising up to 8 PMHNPs (1099 contractor rate)Please do not call our public clinical admissions line in regard to this or any other job posting.Seven Starling is an equal opportunity employer.
