What’s a typical day as a Data Center Material Handler? You’ll be:
  • Loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
  • Performing quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine condition of materials
  • Executing daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts
  • Processing returns shipments of electronic components
  • Helping placing server racks on the data center floor
  • Populating electronic components and installing cabling into server racks
  • Installing rack hardware using various tools
  • Will be trained on material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
  • Performing cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5s standards
