In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the impeccable appearance of our workspace, contributing to the warm and inviting atmosphere that our company has been known for over the years. Hours:1st Shift 7am to 3:30pm Monday- Friday with saturdays if needed.
Pay: $13/ hour with weekly incentive bonus added ranging from $80-$160 a week
 
Janitor Responsibilities:

  •  Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the building in pristine condition.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Clean and stock restrooms for optimal hygiene.
  • Respond promptly to spills, utilizing appropriate equipment for cleanup.
  • Collect and dispose of trash in an efficient and sanitary manner.
  • Keep cleaning supplies adequately stocked and organized.
  • Execute tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Notify supervisors or managers of any major repairs or maintenance requirements.
 Janitor Requirements:
  •  Basic knowledge and at least 6 months of experience in cleaning procedures.
  • Efficient time management skills to complete tasks within designated shifts.
  • Must possess reliable transportation for travel between buildings three days a week.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in the absence of supervisors.
  • Capability to lift at least 25 pounds when performing cleaning duties.
  • Proficient in handling basic cleaning and janitorial tasks.
  • Skilled in working safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
