Job Summary:
The Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is responsible for performing various laboratory procedures, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment of diseases. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing laboratory tests and analyzing results
Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide quality patient care
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
Certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist from ASCP or AMT required within one year of hire
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Benefits:
