These are the qualities we are looking for in our founding team:A portfolio of excellent product designs delivered within a fast‑paced environmentAn extreme level of autonomy, ownership, and self‑direction.Ability to think through complex interaction designExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience and/or a strong desire to work in an early‑stage environment.What you’ll doThis is a Founding Designer position, so you will get to work on all aspects of company building from product and brand design to high level strategy to company culture.Work closely with our early customers to iterate on the product designs and create new features.Create flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals for your features.Create new UX paradigms to take advantage of the AI capabilities.Contribute to overall strategy and decision‑making about product direction.Set the foundations of the team design culture.About You4+ years of design experience.Excellent visual, UX, and interaction design skills.Good intuition for making product design, engineering, and business tradeoffs.Experience doing 0‑to‑1 work at either big tech companies, startups or personal projects.What we offerCompetitive salary ($145k‑$200k) + equity on founder‑friendly terms.Full health, dental & vision.High‑ownership, high‑trust culture with lightning‑fast executors.Regular team off‑sites, dinners, and an office stocked for builders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
