Our client in the Health and Human Services industry is seeking a Tester to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Job Title: Tester

Location: Albany, New York (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

  • Follow all standards and procedures defined by the Health Portfolio Quality Management Center and the Division of Nutrition Business Solutions Unit.
  • Create a test case for each test scenario identified in the Release Management Plan with clearly defined test steps, test data requirements, and expected results.
  • Review test cases created by other staff.
  • Execute manual tests and record results.
  • Validate, log, prioritize, and track defects using HP ALM.
What's Needed?
  • Expert 84+ Months
  • 84 months of experience testing new web applications.
  • 84 months of experience working directly with business analysts, program subject matter experts, and technical staff to define all test scenarios.
  • 60 months of experience creating and executing test cases based on user interface, functional requirements, etc and in cases, without requirements, where requirements may need to be identified.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology field from an accredited institution.
