As a Sales Associate, you will engage in exciting sales opportunities with some of the nation's top brands, helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. You will receive inbound calls from customers looking for the products you provide Your Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, chat, email, and social media, showcasing product knowledge, understanding customer needs, and resolving concerns with empathy. Execute order processing, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in our internal systems. Effectively multitask between customer interactions and navigating our systems.
