About the Job

The Occupational Therapist will direct and coordinate the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of occupational therapy services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the occupational therapy program.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques to assist patients in improving their quality of life and functioning in various settings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and community resources to support patient rehabilitation and integration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of occupational therapy programs and adjust as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in occupational therapy or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills in therapeutic techniques and assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
