p>SSM Health is actively recruiting for a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our family medicine team in Maryland Heights, MO.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

This is a Monday-Friday schedule with 32 patient-facing hours and an 1:8 on-call schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of Missouri
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
