Core Job Duties Marketing Events: Coordinate, manage, and participate in marketing-related events. First Impressions: Create a positive first impression for all members and guests. Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and operable facility that exceeds company standards. Program Presentation: Present YouFit membership and personal training programs with confidence. Ongoing Training: Commit to ongoing training and development for self improvement and assisting in team development. Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong work ethic. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with YouFit team members, including club and managerial staff. Brand Ambassador: Represent YouFit Gyms professionally in attire, professionalism, and attitude. Computer Literacy: Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor. Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Experience providing outstanding customer service Experience in sales and lead management Effective English communication skills.
