RGA LLP is currently seeking a Senior Tax Associate for our Estate and Trusts practice. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in both income and estate/gift taxation and will be responsible for managing all facets of client engagements and for reviewing tax returns and supporting work papers for estate and trusts and for various types of other returns within our high-net-worth-family client base, such as individuals, partnerships, and corporations. He/she will also be expected to research tax issues and provide consulting services.ResponsibilitiesManage all facets of client engagements and review tax returns and supporting work papers for estate and trusts and for various types of other returns for high-net-worth clients (individuals, partnerships, and corporations).Research tax issues and provide consulting services.Qualifications and attributesCPA license requiredAt least four years of tax experience at a CPA firm with significant exposure to estates & trusts in both income tax and estate/gift tax disciplinesMaster’s degree in Taxation desirable but not requiredStrong tax and accounting technical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCreative problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTakes initiative for professional growth and developmentOutstanding time, organization, and project management skillsExercises sound judgmentWork overtime as neededProficient in Microsoft OfficeProof that you have received a COVID-19 vaccination is requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
