Write plans and reports that aren't just documents - but blueprints for a better life. Walk beside children until permanency is not a possibility but a reality. Qualifications Who You Are A Master's-level Social Worker (MSW), licensed in DC and MD. Experienced in child welfare and foster care (2+ years preferred). Culturally competent and trauma-informed, ready to serve families from every background. Organized, courageous, and unafraid to fight for children who cannot fight for themselves.
