- Assists the General Manager
- Builds and manages relationships with customers
- Supervise key departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and meetings and events
- Train staff and manage schedules
- Respond to guest and website inquiries
- Assist Food & Beverage Department
- Go to person for guest complaints and emergencies
- Hotel inspections
- Maintain bank and billing records
- Cover for General Manager in their absence
