We are currently seeking an experienced Estate/Probate Paralegal to join our Newport Beach office.

This position will be Part-Time 25hrs a week.

Job Details

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience as a paralegal in estate planning and probate, along with the following qualifications:
  • Paralegal/Legal Assistant: 5-7 years (Essential)
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Be incredibly detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a timely manner.
  • The ideal candidate will also be self-motivated, self-directed, trustworthy, flexible, and professional.
Responsibilities:
  • Handling trust, estate, and probate files.
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents pertaining to estate planning, trusts, wills, etc., and probate with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage calendars with a strong understanding of court rules and procedures, and handle document processing and filing.
  • Maintain the efficiency of all office procedures and case management to ensure reliability and consistency.
