**Job Title: Electrical Foreman**

**Job Description**

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, specifically in solar components. The role involves planning new or modified installations to minimize material waste, installing controls and distribution gear such as switches, panel boards, disconnects, and Inverters, analyzing proper fastening systems for equipment support, and terminating wiring and equipment as per code or job specification. The foreman will also be responsible for testing the continuity of circuits for safety and observing the functioning of installed equipment to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

**Work Environment**

This position requires an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday with potential weekend work. The job is primarily onsite and outdoors. The successful candidate must have the ability to work in a safe and professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State, and Federal regulations9
