Responsibilities Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients questions Find homes that meet buyer clients criteria and budget to generate sales faster Refine buyers criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Qualifications In order to earn commissions, you must have a real estate license. If you do not have our real estate license, we can help guide you in obtaining a license. Great communication.
