Implements the nursing process with patients including carrying out physicians orders regarding diet, medication and treatment in accordance with Firelands standards of care.
* monitors and ensures quality care through observation and evaluation; documents nursing interventions on care plans, medical records, and reports findings to physicians as needed.
* Instructs patients, staff, and family members regarding treatments, nursing plans and related patient care directed towards a safe discharge.
* ensures cleanliness of equipment and environment.
* Must have a current Ohio RN or LPN-IV license and CPR prior to patient care experience.
