Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant to join our team of highly trained Orthopedic Surgeons at TOCA at Banner Health in Glendale, AZ. We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant with Orthopedic Hand experience. Our PA will provide comprehensive patient care; see new patients and follow up with patients in the orthopedic surgery clinic and provide first-assist in the OR. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Orthopedics; Hand preferred
- Fracture Care experience is a plus
- Certification by the National Commission for Certified Physician’s Assistants (NCCPA)
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZ
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
- Current BLS & ACLS
Practice Details:
- Surgical/Clinical position: 3 days of Clinic; 2 days of OR
- Mon - Fri | 7a - 4p
- Call required
