Reading, PA - Nurse Practitioner (NP) Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care Locum Tenens

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Pennsylvania licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) available to join us as a locum tenens practitioner for a well-established OccMed/Urgent Care clinic in Reading, PA beginning as soon as credentialed.

This locum tenens opportunity is available for ongoing full-time scheduling Monday - Friday from (8:00am - 5:00pm). If you are interested or have questions about location and scheduling, we want to hear from you

Opportunity Specifics:

  • Contract Type: Full-Time Locum Tenens
  • Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care
  • Patient Mix: Scheduled and Walk-In Patients (All Ages)
  • Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
    • NO Weekend Coverage

Core Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat work-related injuries.
  • Perform pre-placement DOT, Public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies.  
  • Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
  • Perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers and provide medical guidance.

Provider Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania State License & DEA
  • Active DOT Certification Preferred (but not required)
  • Must be available to treat patients of all ages
