Title: Director, AI Platform Product Management – SymphonyAI RetailReports to: SVP, Product ManagementLocation: United StatesSymphonyAI Retail is seeking an innovative Director of AI Platform - Product Management to lead our next-generation AI Platform—powering retail tools, agent building, data orchestration, assistants, copilots, alerts, and notifications that drive intelligent decision-making at enterprise scale. This platform is the foundation for SymphonyAI’s retail solutions, enabling internal teams, partners, and customers to rapidly build and deploy AI-powered applications with measurable business impact.In this role, you will define the vision, roadmap, and execution for a unified, modular platform that brings together GenAI/LLMs, machine learning, real-time data integration, workflow automation, and data models development into a scalable architecture. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, GTM, and industry solution teams to accelerate adoption, expand capabilities, and deliver transformative AI outcomes for the world’s leading retailers.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Vision & StrategyDefine and evolve the strategic direction for SymphonyAI’s AI Platform, ensuring it serves as a high-leverage foundation for all retail solutions.Create a developer-first vision that supports APIs, SDKs, low-code tools, retail specific ontology and agent orchestration frameworks for rapid application building.Integrate emerging AI capabilities—including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous agents—into the platform roadmap.Product LeadershipOwn the end-to-end platform roadmap, prioritizing across AI/ML services, developer tools, workflow automation, notifications/alerts, and data hub services.Ensure scalability, extensibility, and security to handle enterprise-grade retail workloads (multi-tenant, real-time, high-volume data).Partner with engineering to build modular architecture enabling rapid vertical solution development.Define and track success metrics for platform adoption: API usage, developer satisfaction, time-to-deploy, and solution ROI.Developer Ecosystem & Go-to-MarketBuild a thriving developer ecosystem with toolkits, documentation, sample agents, and solution accelerators.Collaborate with GTM to position the platform as a differentiator for SymphonyAI Retail in the market.Support customer and partner engagements, translating platform capabilities into business outcomes.Cross-Functional LeadershipEmbed platform capabilities into retail applications for merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and customer engagement.Work with Customer Success and Partner teams to enable faster onboarding, co-innovation, and solution scaling.Champion operational excellence in AI lifecycle management, monitoring, compliance, and continuous learning.Qualifications15+ years in enterprise software product management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML platform leadership for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.Proven success launching and scaling developer platforms (APIs, SDKs, agent frameworks) that support multiple products and personas.Deep technical fluency across GenAI/LLMs, AI orchestration, data platforms, and event-driven architectures.Experience delivering AI solutions in retail, CPG or adjacent data-intensive industries strongly preferred.Skilled in building developer ecosystems, partner enablement programs, and technical community engagement.Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex platform value to both technical and business leaders.Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
