The annual minimum billable hours target is approximately 1600.About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of commercial real estate transactional experience, with a proven track record of leading matters on their own.Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will encompass a range of matters, including:LeasingNegotiate and document leasing transactions for both landlord and tenantAbility to handle P&S, development, and financingQualifications: Admission to the California bar is required.
