RPA Architect Duration: Long Term Candidate must have 15 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Hands‑on experience in RPA architecture, bot development, and end-to-end automation lifecycle management, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere. Collaborate with business analysts and process Owners to identify and document automation opportunities. Lead the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, bot development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure automation processes are secure, reliable, and compliant with company standards. Create and maintain technical documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs). Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing bots and workflows. Mentor and guide junior RPA developers, providing code reviews and Best Practice guidance. Integrate RPA bots with other systems and technologies such as APIs, databases, and AI/ML services. Participate in process optimization and continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance automation efficiency. Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of automation solutions. Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
