p> We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Rocky Hill, CT . To best accommodate our patient panel, we are looking for a provider who is fluent in Polish .

• Our multi-specialty group encompasses roughly 60 providers in 30 locations throughout the Hartford area
• Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside 2 board certified internal medicine physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and tenured support staff in our Rocky Hill office
• Our practice has offered the full scope of primary care services to patients for 20+ years
• Full-time schedule; no evenings or weekends required, allowing for great work-life balance

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of primary care experience preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluency in Polish required
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• State licensure and board certification is required
