Title: Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (Remote)
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
Duration: 12+ Months


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. As a Senior Cyber Threat Intel Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats to safeguard our organization's critical assets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cyber threat landscape, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable intelligence to enhance our cybersecurity posture.


Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –



• Min 5 Years experience as Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst
• Proficiency in using threat intelligence platforms, SIEM systems, and other relevant cybersecurity tools.
• Strong understanding of cyber threat actors, their motivations, and the evolving threat landscape.
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:



• Strong understanding of cyber threat actors, their motivations, and the evolving threat landscape.
• Utilize threat intelligence platforms, security information and event management (SIEM) systems, and other relevant tools to enhance analysis capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing tools and processes to optimize threat intelligence workflows.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of cyber threats, including malware, vulnerabilities, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors.
• Monitor and analyze open-source intelligence, dark web forums, and other relevant sources to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:



• MISSP Intel Sharing Platform Experience
• Anomali (Threat Stream) Threat Intel Platform Experience
Education/Certifications – Include:



• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
