  • Competitive salary – Base of $95,000, with potential for $100,000-$110,000 based on experience
  • Quarterly NOI bonus eligibility tied to community performance
  • Opportunity to lead a dedicated team and foster a culture of excellence

Key Requirements:

  • Licensed assisted living and memory care administrator in Oregon
  • Proven experience as an Executive Director in both assisted living and memory care
  • Must qualify for a waiver from Oregon DHS to be the named licensed administrator for both units
