Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of our patients and residents daily. You will have the opportunity to forge meaningful connections not only with your patients but also with their families.

Working within an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, social workers, dieticians, and various therapists, you will gain insights into the collaborative efforts that lead to optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care while striving for positive clinical results and patient satisfaction.
* Assess patients to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
* Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
* Oversee and guide the care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
* Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
* Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
* Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
