With global opportunities for talented technologists, you can decide where a career in Prime Video Tech takes youIn This Role You WillDevelop a deep understanding of the Prime Video customer, both existing and potential.Develop a thorough understanding of the digital video market segments, and continually assess the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends.Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best-in-class digital video customer experience.Own the development of detailed product requirements documents.Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver on the product roadmap.Drive projects, products, and feature launches across multiple teams.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of technical product or program management experience2+ years of end to end product delivery experienceExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningExperience managing technical products or online servicesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineeringExperience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and driving adoption of new toolsExperience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on timeAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
