Orthopaedic Associates of New Orleans (OANO) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Hand and Wrist Surgeon to join our team. Established in 1949, OANO is dedicated to a collaborative environment with a strong focus on patient care.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time, salaried position with relocation assistance
  • First two years include a guaranteed salary and production-based bonus
  • 3-4 Emergency Department call days/month (PAs handle initial consults)
  • Work alongside 7 orthopedic physicians and 3 physician assistants
  • Practice across two locations: New Orleans & Metairie
  • Opportunity to build your practice with an established patient base

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of hand and wrist disorders
  • Perform surgeries and provide comprehensive follow-up care
  • Participate in 1:5 general orthopedic call coverage
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care

Qualifications:

  • BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship in Hand and Wrist Surgery
  • Excellent communication and a patient-focused approach
  • Eligible for a Louisiana medical license
