We are looking for a Test Technician to join our Gilbert facility, AZ, that will work under general supervision, performs relatively routine tasks related to the testing of raw materials, manufactured products or manufacturing processes.

**Your Challenge:** **?**

+ Use test procedures, investigate and analyze test failures.

+ Document the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate.

+ Work with established test procedures.

+ Provide assistance in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement.

**What You Bring**

+ Problem-solving skills and decisive knowledge of appropriate testing methods.

+ Comfortable with industry-specific testing equipment

+ Knowledge of testing equipment maintenance

+ Understands the importance of product quality and compliance to health and safety procedures.

+ +5 years of experience in a similar role.

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
