We are rapidly growing our team and are now hiring CDL A OTR Dry Van Drivers in Sulphur Springs, TXto haul dry-van freight to customers across the US. Drivers will be pulling 53 foot dry-van trailers with primarily drop and hook freight. All loads are no touch freight. We have loads to accommodate your needs and desired home time.CompensationAverage weekly pay: $1,600Top driver weekly pay: $2,200+Paid all practical miles, loaded and emptyAverage of 2,800 3,300 miles weeklyDrivers are paid based on tenure with our companyStarting pay 55CPM6 months - 56CPM1 year - 57 CPM3 years - 58CPM5 years - 59CPMAdditional Weekly Performance Bonus Pay (All based on legal miles driven and contingent upon no accidents, no tickets & on-time deliveries). If driver completes:3,000 3,999 miles 10CPM4,000 or more miles 14CPMAdditionalPay:Layover Pay $150 a dayExtra Stop Pay $25.00 for each extra pick or dropDetention Pay $15per hour after 2 hours (contingent upon on-time delivery)Bonuses include:Referral Bonus - $2,000 (paid as $1,000 at 90 & 180 days employed)Clean Inspection Bonus - $50 per inspectionPaid weekly with options for direct depositBenefits & PerksHealthcare plan after 30 days of employment offering:Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceAflac disability, accident, and hospital insuranceSmall company; personal relationships with a very low dispatcher to driver ratio of 1:8Passenger policy: 16 years old minimumNo slip seatingHome Time, Route and ScheduleHomeTime:Home 34-48 hours around every 10 daysWe will do our best to work with you to meet your needs and desired home timeRoutes: Primary routes deliver to southern states of TX, FL, GA and ALWill occasionally need to deliver loads outside of southern regionSchedule:Hours vary based on delivery requirementsLevel of Touch:No Touch Freight; mostly drop and hookAll work is year round, not seasonalEquipment2019 & Newer International LT w/ Cummins MotorAll trucks are automaticGoverned speed: 70 mph2024Utility Dry Van TrailersAmenities: Refrigerator, APU inverter, GPSELD equiped using Omnitracs systemCompany owner provides only the best equipment and personally oversees all the maintenance done at our terminalQualificationsMust be at least 23years of ageMust have CDL A licenseMust have a minimum of 2 years verifiabletractor-trailer driving experienceNo more than 4 moving violations or citations in the past 3 yearsNo more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 yearsNo DUI/DWIs or reckless driving charges in past 3 yearsMust meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulationsMust be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screenHiring Radius: Primarily within 150 miles of Sulphur Springs, TX but will consider interested drivers outside of radius RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesTransportation
