The role requires strong systems support, communication and organizational skills with focus on customer service.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInteract daily with end‑users, developers, and managers to support and enhance RightAngleDocument issues and enhancements with the appropriate level of detail for the development team to resolve technical issues and build solutionsField questions from end‑users and assist with data issuesCreate and maintain system functional design documentsComplete analysis, testing and deployment for RightAngle system upgrades, patches, and custom code releasesFollow defined change management procedures and internal guidelinesAvailability to support after hours on business‑critical situations and scheduled tasksContribute to best practice library and mentor other team membersMust be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervisionEnsure requirements are being met in accordance with corporate complianceEnsure proper communication to all levels of the organizationEducation and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems or related areaExcellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills10+ years of experience in application supportStrong understanding of Physical (Oil, NGLs, Refined Products) & Financial commoditiesA strong understanding of SQL and relational database conceptsFamiliarity with SDLC processes such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.Experience working with ticketing systems such as Remedy, ServiceNowFamiliarity with front‑to‑back office system data flow in RightAngle, including but not limited to Deal Capture, Contract Management, Lease Center, Credit, Risk, Scheduling, Inventory and SettlementsAbility to create complex pricing provisions and report viewsCapable of testing business scenarios in RightAngle from deal capture to invoicingExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detailDemonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standardsRequired ExperienceThe Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job‑related experienceThe Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job‑related experienceThe Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job‑related experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with ION RightAngle S20+ is preferredPrevious experience in Oil & Gas industry is a plusAdvanced Excel skills & Intermediate skills in other MS Office applicationsWorking ConditionsThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.Usually, normal office working conditionsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standingOccasional overnight travel may be required#LI-CK1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
