PAY RATE - $9 per hour + tips
THE TEAM
I.d. is a randomly inspired shared plate restaurant. Artistic style translates from the design to the food and drink, with high-quality ingredients provided by local farmers and small businesses. Whether you're out for an evening with friends, a date night or a business dinner, I.d. will encourage conversations and provide a one-of-a-kind dining experience you'll normally only find in the big city.
THE PLAYER
You will serve customers and extend great customer service by setting tables; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining establishment.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL
- Clear all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to bus station
- Wipe tables, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table
- Assist wait staff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station at all times in order to improve efficiency and productivity
- Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distributes to each service station in order to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use
- Must be able to identify and explain all dishes on current menus
- Perform other duties including running dishes, sweeping, emptying trash, filling waters

Requirements:YOU WILL BE GREAT AT ID DELAFIELD IF
- Basic math skills required
- Legible handwriting
- Teamwork
- Strong customer service and oral communication skills
- Frequently required to lift, carry, deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the work shift
- Balance serving tray on one hand while distributing orders to customers with the other
- Carry and set up folding table to support particularly heavy orders
- Take customer orders, review customer bills and smoothly navigate dining room, kitchen and other facility areas
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
