This unique role is for those who are caring for a family member and wish to provide professional-level in-home care. As a Family Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to receive training and compensation for the essential care you provide to your loved one.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate in-home care to a family member, including personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities.Monitor the health of your family member and communicate any changes to our care management team.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and adjust as needed.Manage medication schedules, appointments, and transportation needs for your family member.Apply the training and best practices provided by Greater Baltimore Homecare to ensure the highest quality of care.Maintain the well-being and dignity of your family member, while fostering a supportive and loving environment.QualificationsA genuine commitment to providing compassionate care for a family member in need.Must have a pre-existing relationship with the care recipient and reside in the same household or nearby.Good organizational and communication skills to manage care effectively.Willingness to undergo training and adhere to Greater Baltimore Homecare’s policies and procedures.Ability to coordinate with our team for respite care and additional support services as needed.Other BenefitsReceive compensation for providing care to your family member.Access to professional training and development in the field of home care.Support from a dedicated team for comprehensive care management.Flexible scheduling to balance personal responsibilities and caregiving duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
