About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, youll be the face of the store transforming every guest visit into a personalized shopping experience. Youll inspire customers with expert guidance on furniture styles, design ideas, and lifestyle solutions while building lasting relationships that turn first?time visitors into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities Deliver world?class service by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for every guest. Actively build relationships with customers, guiding them through design choices and product selections. Accurately process sales transactions and assist customers with credit and financing options. Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively. Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and documentation. Contribute to inventory management, product placement, and loss prevention initiatives. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs).
