Mold and Bladder Maintenance FULL-TIME

$20/hr

- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments
- Operating machinery and equipment.
- Setting up and operating the curing press
- Occasionally check upon the curing press parameters such as temperature, curing time, etc.
- Able to perform the above-mentioned activities and can train them
- Operating cranes, forklifts, and boom trucks.
- Operating sandblasting unit.
- Keep inventory of items needed to maintain production (gasket, O-ring, bladder, bolts, mold bolts, lubricants, and tools)
- Maintaining cleanliness of the department.

**Pay $20/hour + $1.00 premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts

REM-04 WS-04 WS-TC
Schedule

Shift start: 2:00PM or 10:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
2nd - Monday - Friday. Some Saturdays (2 per month). 3rd - Sunday night- Thursday. Some Friday nights (2 per month)

Qualifications
  • Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)

  • Must be at least 18+ years old
Some years of experience in related positions High manual dexterity and problem-solving ability Hands-on approach/mechanically inclined Good communications skills Good physical condition (occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.) Detail orientated and quality minded Work well in a team environment
