Summary: As a Shift Leader at Auntie Annes Cinnabon, you will support the Managers by overseeing the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in motivating team members, maintaining quality standards, and driving productivity during your assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
  • Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance during shifts.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and upholding Auntie Anne and Cinnabon brand standards.
Operations Management:
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
  • Ensure all food preparation follows company recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Customer Service:
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers as needed, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
Training & Development:
  • Provide on-the-job training for new team members.
  • Offer coaching and feedback to help team members improve skills and performance.
Problem-Solving:
  • Respond to unexpected challenges, such as staffing issues or equipment malfunctions, during your shift.
  • Communicate concerns or operational issues to the Store Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service, retail, or leadership role preferred.
  • Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
